Items that are below 100 lbs and which meet certain size and packaging constraints qualify for free ground shipping. Promotion valid on combined order values over $199. Promotion does not apply to freight/truck-line or oversized items.
When shipping to a business please choose whether you need liftgate service or not. Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for removing/off loading your order from the truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may wish to choose standard freight shipping. If liftgate is required at time of delivery but not selected during ordering, you will be responsible for any additional charges. If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for additional charges that will be charged by the freight carrier.
For orders where the customer receives a free item with their purchase as part of a promotion, all items on the order related to that promotion must be in stock before the order will be shipped. This may result in a shipping delay until all items involved in said promotion are in stock at our warehouses.
In order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some orders are flagged for review prior to shipping. The criteria which may result in an order hold includes but is not limited to; the order total, billing and shipping not matching, and number of payment attempts. In such cases the customer may be contacted to provide additional information before the order is released.
Should your items arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Electrician Shop within 3 business days of delivery. If your item has not yet arrived after the expected delivery date has passed, please file a missing package claim with the carrier. After a claim is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping courier to file a trace on the package. Once we have confirmed that the package has been lost in transit, a replacement will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order.
We do not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you, and to complete credit card transactions.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged or missing items within three business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.

The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
